We proudly completed the McKinney Municipal Building with Glulam Columns and Beams along with a 31,000-square-foot CLT Roof deck, all crafted from Douglas Fir supplied by RM Rodgers. This project embodies the beauty of wood, highlighted by Alaskan Yellow Cedar columns and Douglas Fir 5-ply CLT Panels.
4) Oscar Johnson Community Center
The Oscar Johnson, Jr. Community Center in Conroe spans nearly two and a half acres, featuring a 6,000-square-foot building with meeting spaces, a library, and offices. An additional 4,000-square-foot activity building offers classrooms and a large meeting room. Outdoor amenities include a basketball court, playground, and seasonal swimming pool, catering to diverse community needs.
